We offer multiple group fitness class opportunities in Sycamore, Illinois. All classes are “drop-in,” pay as you attend! No membership requirements or registration. Just show up! Class types include full-body strength training and high intensity interval training.

Wellness coaching is virtual and can be done from anywhere. Together, we learn and gain awareness about your current routines and habits. From there we establish small achievable changes that will get you closer to your health and wellness goals. Thirty-minute weekly phone conversations help keep you accountable and focused on your goals.

If you prefer a 1:1 approach to fitness, personal training is for you! In home personal training offers a private opportunity to learn proper form, build strength and work toward your unique fitness goals. Workouts are personalized and designed specifically for you!

Looking to embark on your fitness journey? Come join us! Located in Sycamore, Illinois, we have a fun, positive, and inclusive group of people that enjoy getting stronger and fitter together. What is the Armour Wellness Collective?

Hi! My name is Lindsay Armour. The Armour Wellness Collective is my suite of services, all aimed at giving people a realistic and personalized approach to their own unique health and wellness goals. I have worked with many people throughout my years as a health coach and fitness professional, and I understand that wellness and fitness are not “one-size-fits-all.” Having journeyed down my own health path over the years, I know that what works best for some people, may not be the best approach for others. Luckily, there are multiple ways and strategies to achieve your goals! I am here to help you identify a realistic path, and set your plan into action. Finding balance, letting go of the idea of “perfect,” giving ourselves grace, and staying positive help us stay the course while keeping our goals top of mind. This is where my philosophy, do what you can, when you can, is helpful. At the Armour Fitness Collective, whether you come to group fitness classes, undertake a wellness program, or would like to engage with me in 1:1 personal training, all of it is personalized to you, and around doing what you can, when you can.
