Group Fitness
Our “drop in” Group Fitness classes are a fantastic way to burn calories and have fun together, all without the need for a monthly fee or membership cost! Set to upbeat music, I offer several class types, including full-body strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Strength training classes are $10 per person, per class and $5 for HIIT.
All group fitness classes are held at Realize Athletics, which is located at 303 East State Street, Sycamore, Illinois. See our calendar for class dates and times. No need to register, just show up when you can! *Bring a mat and set of dumb bells to class, extras are available if you do not have them.
Class Offerings
Full-Body Strength Training (ST):
A 50 minute full-body strength training class! We use dumbbells and bodyweight to train all major muscle groups. Form cues are provided to get the most out of your workout and build mind-muscle connection, which makes this class perfect for all exercise experience levels! Modifications are welcome and coached. Build strength, improve mind-muscle connection, improve form and balance, and burn calories! ($10)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT):
A 30 minute cardio-based class that alternates bursts of high intensity movements with recovery intervals. The class is fast-paced, and includes a variety of plyometrics, body weight, light weights, and core. Modifications are welcome to include low impact cardio. ($5)
