Personal Training
Personal Training is specific, and unique to you and your goals. Taking place either at my home gym or yours, I work with clients of all experience levels, from novice to experienced exerciser.
One of my main passions is helping women feel empowered and strong. Resistance training can be very intimidating, yet it is extremely beneficial for men and women alike. One of my main goals is to help clients feel more confident using dumb bells and other resistance training equipment, including cables, TRX, kettle bells, and barbells, when appropriate and available. I want clients to feel safe and strong as we work towards goals together.
Some common client goals include education and learning how to use equipment in a safe and effective way, weight loss, muscle gain and toning/definition, reduction in body fat, improved mood, and beyond. Safety is my highest priority. I am attentive to proper form and cue for the most effective methods to obtain goals.
Packages and Pricing
8 or 12 Sessions of Personal Training
All sessions are 50 minutes duration
Initial fitness assessment and review of goals, followed by individualized and uniquely created physical exercise programming created by AWC
I will be with you the whole way through, assisting not only in the implementation of your uniquely drawn up workouts, but also in maintaining proper form and keeping records regarding your progress.
Sessions can be used in any frequency desired by the client, training schedule permitting, from once per week or more.
